Return and Refund Policy

At A’REVE CLO, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and clearance items, are not eligible for return for hygiene and final sale reasons.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: areveclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged,  defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Sale Items
• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.
