    3.1 When you place an order for a product via the Website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it.
    3.2 A binding agreement between you and A’REVE is only formed when we send a confirmation that the product has been shipped.
  4. Prices and Payment
    4.1 All prices on the Website are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
    4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
    4.3 Payment can be made via the payment methods specified on the Website.
  5. Delivery
    5.1 We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
    5.2 Delivery costs will be provided prior to purchase.
  6. Right of Withdrawal
    6.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last product of your order.
    6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via email with an unambiguous statement.
  7. Returns
    7.1 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the products.
  8. Complaints
    8.1 If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase.
    8.2 In case of a complaint, please contact us with a description of the problem and any pictures documenting the defect.
